Shipping Policy

At Verdant Muse, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. Below is a simple overview of how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 3–5business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the products you purchase:
• Domestic shipping: Typically 3–7 business days.
• International shipping: Typically 7–15 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.

(Actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.)

Shipping Rates

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
• Free shipping may be available for select products or promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping information at checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed. Undeliverable or returned packages due to incorrect addresses may result in additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
• For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement when possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Verdant Muse, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days for unused, unassembled furniture and home décor items in their original packaging.

  • Plants are perishable items. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are issues with plant quality or damage during transit.

  • After 48 hours, live plants are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Live plants after 48 hours

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, you may still return eligible items, but return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we confirm the item’s condition. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
